Becoming coachable allows you to take an objective look at your strengths an weaknesses in all areas of your life. Having this skill will help you when listening to feedback from your coach, allowing you to enhance your training and improving your ability to change. A person who is coachable not only responds well when given feedback, they ask for feedback. They view the input from others as a valuable tool in their development. They also are willing to take actions and make personal changes based on the feedback.
9) DOING EXTRA.
I've learned that being extra isn't a bad thing. It just means that you know what you want and how to get there. It basically means you're determined and dedicated, two words I am proud to be associated with. I came across this quote the other day: This life is yours.
10) BEING PREPARED.
There are various ways to prepare yourself for what might come your way, whether that’s a tough work project, a crisis, the loss of a loved one, an argument with your partner, or the zombie apocalypse.
One way is to get everything ready for anything that’s likely to come: get all your survival equipment, prepare your skills, plan for your work projects, get your affairs in order, think through your arguments, and so on.
